Connected Energy
Connected Energy is a UK based energy storage pioneer. They specialise in battery storage using 2nd life electric vehicle batteries. They approached us to create some staff led content explaining about who they were and what they were offering to the market.
Following this we were asked to build a more substantial overview film, highlighting their offering, multiple locations and on site partnerships.
Recruitment
In order to support their growing needs, Connected Energy asked us to create some videos highlighting what it was like to work there. We used a mixed approach of a CEO led introduction and individual staff stories to highlight the companies great offer and culture.
Case Studies
Connected Energy’s battery storage technology is used in large scale projects across the UK and Europe. We filmed with them across several of their sites to demonstrate the strength of their offering.
We shot case studies across the UK from Norfolk to Newcastle and beyond.

Smart Hubs
The SmartHubs project is a pioneering initiative in West Sussex being led by Connected Energy. The £31million project will create and demonstrate an innovative low-carbon energy system of the future in the region. Connected Energy needed us to illustrate the key benefits of the systems and wanted to use their staff to do this.

E-STOR
Connected Energy are pioneers in the circular economy and one of the many industry leaders they work with is Renault. Connected wanted us to create a short video to demonstrate how their E-STOR technology gives Renault EV batteries a second life as part of a stationary energy storage solution. This video had a quick turnaround and owing to lockdown restrictions required a crew in Norfolk with the technology and at HQ in Newcastle to provide Voiceover and footage.
